For all color appointments a 20% deposit will be necessary to hold app and will be rolled into service. For all extension appointments a 50% deposit will be necessary to hold app and will be rolled into service. Please make sure to send accurate photos of your current hair and end goal so you can be properly booked!
Appointments will be scheduled through Instagram DM only. Please allow up to 72 hours response time.
Color appointments canceling within 24 hours of appointment will be rescheduled and lose deposit. Extension appointments canceling within 48 hours of appointment will be rescheduled and lose deposit, a new deposit will need to be secured prior to new booking.
If you are 15 minutes late to appointment you may not receive a full service if time does not allow and still be charged a full service.
We firmly stand behind all salon services. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your service please contact us immediately so we can fix/tweak and or make adjustments to prior service. Must be done within a week of service.
All hair extensions are purchased through a second party. Prior to all new hair purchases hair must be paid for in full to be ordered. Due to not having involvement in manufacturing of product, we will not be liable if product doesn't meet expectation.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Cash, or Zelle. We do not accept checks of any form for payment.
